      Surface Book wont turn on from sleep I got my Surface Book today. I connected the power, turned it on and completed the Windows 10 setup. I used it for about 30 minutes and then left home (left the Surface running). the laptop is still DEAD. Is there any other way to force it to reset or is the things really dead and I need to send it back?   Sleep of Death has plagued Surface users, particularly on Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book, since early this year.
